How is PaperOrg Business priced?
One subscription per firm, scaled to the size of your team — not to how many documents you store or how much space they take. That keeps it predictable as your client base grows. Tell us a little about your firm on a demo and we’ll give you an exact figure.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a free trial with no card required and bring in real client documents to see how it works for your practice. Cancel anytime during the trial and nothing is charged.
Do you charge per document or per gigabyte?
No. Storage and document volume are included. Encryption, per-client access control, the audit trail and search are part of every plan — not metered extras.
Is there a contract or long commitment?
Plans are month-to-month by default, and you can cancel anytime. Firms that prefer an annual agreement (or need a specific DPA) can arrange that with us on the demo call.
Can you help us move our existing files in?
Yes — migration assistance is part of onboarding for Firm and Enterprise, and we’ll talk through the best way to bring your current drive or folders across without disrupting your team.
Where is our data stored?
Documents are encrypted at rest and hosted in the EU, with a full audit trail. Enterprise agreements can include specific residency and retention commitments, agreed in contract. Ask us anything on a demo.
